User Code of Conduct
In using the www.edugo.sg platform, you hereby acknowledge you understand this User Code of Conduct and agree to:
(a) comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, tax laws, etc;
(b) provide accurate information to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd and keep it updated;
(c) use the services and the platform in a manner that is lawful, relevant, and proper to the applicable laws;
(d) follow the standards of conduct as set forth herein.
Any use of the platform that 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd, in its sole discretion, finds is inappropriate and/or offensive may result in the suspension and/or termination of your User account with or without notice.
You agree to abide by the following standards of conduct, and you agree that you will not authorise or facilitate any attempt by another person to:
1. Provide or accept tutoring services from any www.edugo.sg Users bypassing the www.edugo.sg platform.
2. Receive payments from clients directly, or encourage or solicit payment from the client directly or through any channels other than those made available via the www.edugo.sg platform, with the aim of bypassing the platform or to avoid payment of fees owed to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd.
3. Disrupt or otherwise interfere in any way with any other User's access and use of the services.
4. Transmit any User-generated comments, feedback or content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, offensive, obscene, lewd, lascivious, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd.
5. Circumvent or manipulate the fee structure, billing process, or fees owed to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd or the tutor; fail to deliver payment for services purchased by you.
6. Fail to deliver the tutoring services purchased as contracted.
7. Use any words, signs, symbols or language within the www.edugo.sg platform that 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd, in its sole discretion, deems offensive.
8. Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous information (including personal data).
9. Post hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable User-generated content.
10. Post User-generated content which infringes, violates or use without permission any copyright, trademark or trade secret held by 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd, or the tutor.
11. Disclose any Confidential Information or personal data you may have access to or otherwise obtained from another User or in the course of your use of the www.edugo.sg platform.
12. Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose through the www.edugo.sg platform which are not sanctioned by 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd.
13. Take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings system by spamming, creating false or misleading feedback which is .
14. Harass, threaten or intentionally embarrass or cause distress to another User, person or entity in the use of the www.edugo.sg platform.
15. Use another person's personally identifiable information (such as the image, name, email address, identifying number, or banking details) by pretending to be that person (impersonate another person). Such matters will be referred to the authorities for action.
16. Promote, solicit, or participate in any multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes via the www.edugo.sg platform.
17. Have any direct or indirect contact, communication or dealings with any child under 18 years of age, not sanctioned by a Parent or Guardian.
18. Engage in disruptive or coercive activity such as sending multiple messages in an effort to monopolise your position.
19. Adapt, alter, license, sublicense or translate the contents of the platform or the service hosted for your own personal or commercial use.
20. Introduce viruses, worms, Trojan horses and/or harmful code to the www.edugo.sg platform.
21. Obtain unauthorised access to any computer system through the www.edugo.sg platform.
22. Transfer your www.edugo.sg account (including feedback) and login credentials to another party without 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd prior consent.
23. Harvest or otherwise collect information about Users, including email addresses and other personal data.
24. Invade the privacy of any person, including but not limited to soliciting any personal data posting personally identifying or otherwise private information about a person.
25. Violate any law or regulation.
26. Encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal or civil offence.
27. Use the services for the other than the purpose of provision of education under the curriculum, regulations and guidelines of the Ministry of Education.
28. Solicit the hiring of tutors to complete assignments, write papers, take quizzes, or otherwise do work on your behalf.
29. Use services for any purpose that violates the academic honesty policy or other conduct policies of your school, university, academic institution, or study body.
30. Sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, rent, lease, or otherwise provide access to the Services to any third party except to the extent explicitly authorised in writing by 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd. -
User Privacy Policy
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd values the privacy of its users of our website - www.edugo.sg and treats their personal information provided with confidentiality and respect. This privacy policy sets out how 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd uses and protects any information that you give when you access and use this website. By visiting and continuing to use our website - www.edugo.sg, you give your consent to the use of certain personal information in the manner described in this policy.
CONFIDENTIALITY
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will not rent, sell, or share any personal information about you with anyone except to provide products or services you have requested. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will not publicly reveal any private information such as NRIC, educational records, uploaded certifications, handphone number, or home address, to anyone except when it is necessary in providing the services to the persons described below:
CLIENT
A client is a person who makes a request for a tutor with 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd. The contact information provided by the client with regard to the tuition information (location, subject, lesson frequency etc) may be broadcasted (after being edited) to our pool of tutors to fulfil the search for a tutor.
Only after the assignment has been confirmed with a suitable tutor who has accepted the job will 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd reveal the full address and contact number of the client. The client is responsible for the accuracy of contact information provided.
TUTOR
A tutor is a suitably qualified person who has been screened and is registered with 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd for tuition assignments. The general information relevant to tuition assignments such as tutor’s qualifications, gender, experience and certain other relevant information may be revealed to clients to facilitate the selection process. Personal information such as tutor’s contact number, full name or NRIC will not be revealed to clients until the engagement is finalised and the first lesson has been confirmed.
COMPUTER INFORMATION
Being a web-based platform, 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will collect personal information when a client or tutor registers with us. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd may receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including but not limited to, your IP address, session ID, the pages you visited and the dates/time these pages were visited. This information may be used for research or to improve the user’s experience. If payment is made online, we will rely on third party merchants’ security systems to ensure data security and connectivity to bank etc. We will never request for Bank ID, password/codes or OTP to facilitate such transactions.
MARKETING
We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information using the email address which you have provided. If you do not wish to receive such marketing materials, you may choose to opt out when prompted to do so. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Although best efforts are undertaken to protect the privacy of our clients and tutors, in the event a legal authority requires 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd to disclose personal information, 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will comply with the law and regulation regarding such disclosure.
DATA DELETION REQUEST
Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time. To exercise this right, please follow the steps below:
Email Request: Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at 3gmedu@gmail.com, specifying the data you would like to have deleted.
Verification: To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing your request. This may involve asking for additional information to confirm your identity.
Processing Time: Upon verification, we will process your request and delete the requested data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the data has been successfully deleted.
Limitations: Please note that some data may be exempt from deletion if it is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

TUTOR WEB PORTAL
Access to the Tutor Web Portal which 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd uses requires the verification of Username and Password. Upon successful access, the tutor’s profile will be shown. By accessing our system, and by registering as a tutor, you agree to grant access and display your tutor information via this system. Tutors must keep their Username and Password confidential from other tutors to prevent any possible misuse in the unlikely occurrence of such an event.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Terms and Conditions for Clients
CONSENT ON COLLECTION, USAGE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
By submitting your personal details to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd via our tutor request form or any communication mode, you agree and consent that 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd may in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 collect, use and disclose your personal data for the following purposes.
(a) to be contacted via any messaging platform or phone call regarding your tuition request
(b) to be utilised in the administrative process of a tutor search
(c) to be provided to the respective tutor upon confirmation of a tuition lesson
(d) to receive tuition-related marketing messages via e-mail or messaging platforms (not limited to SMS/WhatsApp/Telegram)
If you would like to withdraw your consent to the collection of this data at any given point in time, please email us at 3gmedu@gmail.com . 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd’s Privacy Policy can be found above.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By engaging a tutor from 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd, you accept the Terms and Conditions listed herein. A tuition arrangement between a client and tutor is formalised upon issuance of the invoice to the client via WhatsApp/SMS/Email, or/and when the tutor has conducted the first lesson.
PAYMENT AND COMMISSION
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd services are free-of-charge for the client. Upon completion of two weeks of lessons (or otherwise stated in the invoice) with the tutor, the client is to make payment of 50% of the first month’s total tuition fees (or as advised otherwise) to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd. This amount may be paid via InterBank Transfer or PayNow. The payment represents the commission due to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd for its services, and is levied upon the tutor’s first month’s tuition fees.
Subsequent payments may be made directly to a tutor in a payment method and frequency decided between the client and tutor. All payments made to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd and/or a tutor is not liable for GST.
Any additional tuition services such as an additional subject or teaching of the student’s siblings must be disclosed to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd and will also incur commission.
TUTOR REASSIGNMENT OR CANCELLATION
In the event a client is unsatisfied with the tutor arranged, the client must request for a change of tutor by the end of the second lesson. A client is required to pay for the lesson(s) conducted. A general guideline is to have a commitment period of at least one month before deciding the tuition services are unsuitable for the student.
In the event a client cancels the tuition arrangement before the first four weeks of lessons are completed, 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will split with the tutor the total tuition fees equally. A client may choose to pay their tutor directly or request for their coordinator to make arrangements for the tutor’s fees on their behalf. As cancellations due to last-minute emergencies will incur cancellation costs chargeable to the client, each case will be considered independently.
In the event a tutor cancels the tuition arrangement before the first four weeks of lessons are completed, the lessons carried out by the tutor must still be paid for. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will consider the reasons for such a cancellation on a case-by-case basis to determine if the client shall be responsible for paying in full for the lessons conducted. A client agrees to respect and adhere to the final outcome by 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd.
TRIAL LESSON
A client may request for a trial lesson to be conducted by a tutor before formalising the tuition arrangement with the tutor. The purpose of the trial lesson is to help a client decide if a tutor is a suitable match for the student. A client is only allowed a maximum of two trial lessons per tutor. The tuition fees for all trial lessons shall be made in full prior to the commencement of the trial lesson(s) to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd. Should the client decide to formalise the tuition arrangement with the tutor, the trial lesson shall count as the first and second (if applicable) lesson(s). Should the client decide against formalising the tuition arrangement with the tutor, 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will inform the tutor accordingly and assist to find other suitable tutors for the client.
POSTPONEMENT OF THE FIRST/SECOND LESSON
If a postponement of the first/second lesson is required, the client must inform 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd and the tutor at least four hours prior to the lesson. A client is liable to pay 50% of the first/second lesson’s fees in compensation for the tutor’s time and transport costs, and the service rendered by 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd. This amount will be split equally between 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd and the tutor. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd acknowledges that cancellations may occur due to last minute emergencies and will consider each case independently before reaching an outcome.
LATE PAYMENT CHARGES
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge a late-payment fee for fees overdue by one month or more. The late-payment fees will amount to $50 per two weeks (14 days) of overdue payment after the first month of grace period. Other administrative fees may also be charged depending on the resources/time taken to recover the debt. The amount due will be determined on a case-by-case basis .
Example:
Mr Lee hired a tutor from 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd on 8th January 2024, at $50/Hour, 1.5 Hours, Once A Week. He was due to pay 50% of the total lesson fees of $150 upon completion of the 2nd lesson (15th January 2024). However, he failed to make payment. After repeated reminders within a 1 month grace-period, Mr Lee did not make payment on 15th February 2024.
As the payment was not received within 1 month, 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will begin to impose late-payment charges from 16th February onwards, of $50 per 2 weeks period. On 15th March, Mr Lee finally decided to make payment, however his total charges now are $250 instead of the $150 initially owed as 2 blocks of late-payment fees ($100) have been imposed.
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd may also file a claim with the Small Claims Tribunal or take legal action to recover a debt. As a general guideline, 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will file with the Small Claims Tribunal if the sum is not received within 3 months of the payment due date, but may also choose to do so at an earlier date if the debt is deemed to be unrecoverable without legal means. Late payment charges will continue to be levied every two weeks until the final court order is given.
QUALIFICATIONS AND AUTHENTICATION OF TUTOR PROFILES/DOCUMENTS
A client may request to see the academic certificates of a tutor to verify the tutor’s qualifications. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will request these documents on behalf of the client and share them with the client should the tutor agree to share their personal documents. Alternatively, the tutor may be requested to bring any and all academic certificates on the first lesson for the parent to verify.
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any false information provided by tutors in their tutoring applications. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd has its own internal systems of vetting and filtering a tutor’s document to minimise the occurrence of false information being shared.
In the event a client encounters a fraudulent tutor, the client must inform 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd immediately. Any and all necessary action will be taking against the tutor.
TUITION SCHEDULE AND RATES
The tuition schedule may be rearranged with the tutor directly after the second lesson has been carried out. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd shall be kept informed by the client in the event there is any rescheduling of the first and/or second lesson. Future tuition rates may be renegotiated once the student has moved on to a higher academic level. In such situations, the change in tuition rates shall be agreed by the client and 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any disputes after the client and tutor have agreed.
LOCATION OF TUITION
The tuition will be carried out at the location provided by the client unless otherwise arranged or specified. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd shall be kept informed by the client in the event there is a change of location of the tuition. Tuitions shall not be held in unauthorised locations like fast food restaurants, libraries, open spaces, void decks or such unsuitable locations.
COLLUSION AND FRAUD
Any attempt to avoid paying the commission due to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd shall be treated as dishonesty. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd does not tolerate such fraudulent and unethical actions. A police report shall be made if required, and civil actions will be taken to recover the lost monies as a result of any fraudulent actions.
QUALITY OF SERVICE
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd does not provide any guarantee that the tutoring services offered will result in any noticeable improvement of academic grades. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will strive to provide the best and most suitable tutor possible based on a client’s criteria. Once lessons have been carried out, a client is liable to pay tuition fees for lessons attended by a student, regardless of how satisfactory the client deems the lessons to be.
DISCLAIMER
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will strive to achieve the most suitable match between a client and a tutor.3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will step in to resolve any conflicts if necessary, but shall not be held liable for the actions, issues or disputes of the client and/or tutor. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd reserves the right to withhold information and terminate or deny services to any party.
AMENDMENT TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to its clients. -

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering as a tutor with 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd, or accepting a tuition assignment from 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd, you accept the Terms and Conditions listed herein. A tuition arrangement between a client and tutor is formalised upon issuance of the invoice via WhatsApp/SMS/Email, or/and when the tutor has conducted the first lesson.
REGISTRATION
Any tutor registering with 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd shall be at least 18 years of age and as a minimum have attained an overall pass grade in their GCE O Level or equivalent examination.
QUALIFICATIONS AND AUTHENTICATION OF TUTOR PROFILES/DOCUMENTS
A tutor is required to provide true and accurate information about their academic qualifications and personal particulars. Clients may request for proof of academic qualifications of a tutor. Action will be taken against any tutor who intentionally deceives a client using fraudulent qualifications and personal particulars.
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR LESSON CONDUCT
A tutor shall always conduct themselves appropriately and in a professional and ethical manner. If the conduct of a tutor is deemed inappropriate, action will be taken against them.
The following is a summary of guidelines for tutors. Please refer to our code of conduct for the full list.
1. Provide a client with at least 48 hours of notice before cancelling or rescheduling a lesson. In the event of an emergency, such as sudden sickness, proof such as a medical certificate must be secured and extended to the Client.
2. Practices punctuality when attending lessons. You should inform the client in the event you may be late for a lesson and make any necessary arrangements.
3. Do not physically or verbally abuse any student or parent in the event of a disagreement.
COMMITMENT OF TUTORING PERIOD
Unless otherwise stated, a tutor is expected to commit to an assignment for at least 3 months. If a tutor is unable to fulfil the commitment period due to any special reasons or circumstances, the tutor is required to inform 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd to seek exemption approval and to avoid any misunderstanding and being blacklisted for future assignments.
An invoice will be issued upon the confirmation of each tuition assignment. If a tutor terminates an assignment in the period after an invoice has been issued but prior to the completion of four weeks of lessons without a valid reason, the tutor will be charged an administrative fee of $30 over and above any commission due to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd acknowledges in certain circumstances when a tutor may have to terminate an assignment due to sudden situational changes/emergencies, it will consider each case independently before deciding an outcome. The tutor agrees to respect and adhere to the final decision by 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd.
On the first lesson, a tutor is also expected to make arrangements directly with the client regarding any personal, payment or cancellation terms.
PAYMENT AND COMMISSION
Upon completion of the first two weeks of lessons, a client is required to make payment of 50% of the first month’s total tuition fees (or as advised otherwise) to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd. This amount may be paid via InterBank Transfer or PayNow. The payment represents the commission due to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd for its services, and is levied upon the tutor’s first month’s tuition fees.
Subsequent payments may be made directly to a tutor in a payment method and frequency decided between the client and tutor. All payments made to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd and/or a tutor is not liable for GST.
In the case whereby the client is unwilling or unable to transfer the 50% commission fee, 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will require the tutor to collect it on our behalf, and make the transfer to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd at their earliest convenience.
COMMISSION AMOUNT
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd levies a one-time commission of 50% on the first month’s tuition fees from a tutor. This commission will be collected directly from the client by 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd. Any additional tuition services such as an additional subject, add on classes or teaching of the student’s siblings must be disclosed to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd and will also be liable for commission.

Should the client decide against formalising the tuition arrangement with the tutor, 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will inform the tutor accordingly and make payment of 50% of the trial lessons fees to the tutor. The remaining 50% of the trial lesson fees shall act as the commission fees for 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd.
TUTOR CANCELLATION
A client may request for a change in tutor at any point of time. In the event a tuition assignment is cancelled or amended within the first four weeks of lessons by the client, 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will levy a 50% commission fee on all lessons conducted.
In some instances, a tutor may also be required to forgo their share of the tuition fees. The following non-exhaustive list of some instances:
1. Cancellation of assignment by tutor without a valid reason.
2. Failure to carry out the tuition assignment to a reasonable standard.
3. Falsehood or inaccuracy about information provided in tutoring profile.
4. Unable to provide supporting documents for information listed in tutoring profile (E.g. Academic Certificates).
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will look at the facts and circumstances surrounding each case in detail. As the coordinating agency, 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on the outcome of the case.
TUITION SCHEDULE

TUITION RATES
The tuition rates agreed upon by the tutor and client shall not be amended after the invoice has been issued. A tutor may propose to change the tuition rate only when a student has advanced onto the next academic level in the following academic year. In such situations, the change in tuition rates shall be agreed by the client and 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any disputes after the client and tutor have agreed.
POSTPONEMENT OF LESSONS
If a postponement of a lesson is required, the tutor shall take their best efforts to inform the client no less than 48 hours prior to the lesson. In the event of an emergency, such as sudden sickness, the tutor should take the initiative to render proof such as a medical certificate. A tutor may only reschedule a missed lesson once they have conferred with the client and sought their agreement.
If a postponement of the first/second lesson is required, the client must inform 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd and the tutor at least four hours prior to the lesson. A client may be liable to pay 50% of the first/second lesson’s fees in compensation for the tutor’s time and transport costs, and the service rendered by 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd. This amount will be split equally between 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd and the tutor. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd acknowledges that cancellations may occur due to last minute emergencies and will consider each case independently before reaching an outcome.
For postponement of subsequent lessons, the tutor is to discuss with the client about their cancellation policies for lessons and seek recourse directly with the client. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will and shall not be responsible between a tutor or client regarding a tutor’s policy.
LOCATION OF LESSONS
The tuition will be carried out at the location provided by the client unless otherwise arranged or specified. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd shall be kept informed by the tutor in the event there is a change of the location of the tuition. Tuitions shall not be held in unauthorised locations like fast food restaurants, libraries, open spaces, void decks or such unsuitable locations.
COLLUSION & FRAUD
Any attempt to avoid paying the commission due to 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd shall be treated as dishonesty. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd does not tolerate such fraudulent and unethical actions. A police report shall be made if required, and civil action will be taken to recover the lost monies as a result of any fraudulent actions.
DISCLAIMER
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will strive to achieve the most suitable match between a client and a tutor. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd will step in to resolve any conflicts if necessary, but shall not be held liable for the actions, issues or disputes of the client and/or tutor. 3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd reserves the right to withhold information and terminate or deny services to any party.
AMENDMENT TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
3 Gifted Minds Education Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to its tutors.
